How do I make a warranty claim?
You call the same local team that installed your lights. There's no third-party call center and no runaround — we come back out and make it right.
What could void the warranty?
Damage from major structural work, third-party modifications to the system, or physical damage outside normal weather aren't covered. Normal weather, aging, and standard use are exactly what the warranty is for.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my home?
