Products purchased from Brilliant by Night Inc come with a 5-year warranty against failures resulting from a manufacturer’s defect. This warranty applies exclusively to the original owner of the product.
All Brilliant by Night dealers are required to warranty the labor on installations for a period of not less than 3 years. Some dealers may offer an additional warranty period beyond this base amount. Please check with your local dealer for details on their specific labor warranty.
While a product is under warranty, Brilliant by Night will supply replacement parts for the product free of charge.
The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, modified, damaged through misuse, or damaged through failure to follow the operating instructions. Brilliant by Night Inc’s liability is limited only to the repair or replacement of a defective product.
