How to Submit a Repair Request

If you need to request a repair for your Celebright product, please follow these steps:

1. Verify Warranty Status

   Ensure that your product is still under the warranty period and that the issue is covered under the warranty terms.

2. Prepare Your Information

   Gather necessary details such as your purchase information, product serial number, and a description of the issue.

Warranty Information

Products purchased from Celebright Inc come with a 5-year warranty against failures resulting from a manufacturer’s defect. This warranty applies exclusively to the original owner of the product.

Labor Warranty

All Celebright dealers are required to warranty the labor on installations for a period of not less than 3 years. Some dealers may offer an additional warranty period beyond this base amount. Please check with your local dealer for details on their specific labor warranty.

Coverage

While a product is under warranty, Celebright will supply replacement parts for the product free of charge.

Limitations

The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, modified, damaged through misuse, or damaged through failure to follow the operating instructions. Celebright Inc’s liability is limited only to the repair or replacement of a defective product.
